I am so glad you are here.

Why? When I look out over the picture to my left i see lots of things and possibilities. What do you see?

My why is simple. I love people. I enjoy getting to know people.

I, also, know that life is uneven. I love to sail and it’s hard to keep an even keel even in the best wind with the best crew.

So, then, how do we get by? How do we survive? Well, a few things help.

  1. Help. Help comes in many forms, but simply having someone who will sit with you and listen is a start. I’d love to hear what you want to tell me!
  2. Life’s Major Concerns. Death. Freedom. Isolation. Meaning. These things matter in the good times and bad times (Led Zeppelin) and these are the things what we will talk about in our sessions.
  3. I was saved by Jesus, inspired by Carl Rogers, and formed by the existential counseling theory. I say Jesus, but I know that I want to be with you whether you are Christian or not; that’s not my concern. My concern is getting to know you.

I value the therapeutic bond and the opportunity to visit with someone who is trying to make meaning out of the world. I value empathy and unconditional positive regard. I value all people and we all have worth. I value the chance to talk with you. Drop me an email.

I recently recorded a podcast about anxiety, take a listen and let’s talk a walk and discuss.
